Printer paper or light card stock, scissors or a paper trimmer, a pen and a pocket page album with 3 x 4 and 4 x 6 pockets.
1. Print at 100% scale (Actual size) so the cards come out 3 x 4 and 4 x 6 inches. Light card stock feels best; plain paper works too.
2. Cut along the grey lines. Neighbouring cards share a line, so a few straight cuts finish a page.
3. Slip a picture card or a day number card into a 3 x 4 pocket and a big card into a 4 x 6 pocket, next to the photo of the day.
4. Use the lined cards to write what happened - a sentence a day is enough. Add the year to the title card, and print the set again next December.
No year or weekdays are printed - only the day numbers 1 to 25 - so the cards work every year. Cutting needs scissors, so children should cut with an adult.
The pictures were created with AI image tools under the creative direction of the seller - we chose every subject, the colours and the heirloom style and picked each final image. The words, numbers and card layouts are our own.
